Hoeun RatanakRainsey
A results-driven and detail-oriented student majoring in Public Administration with a growing interest in public sector reform, policy implementation, and international development.
Between 2024-2025 I serve as a Public Relations Intern at the Cambodia Anti-Doping Agency (CADA), where I help design and execute social media strategies, manage website content, and lead public engagement campaigns aimed at promoting clean sport and strengthening stakeholder trust.
At Present, I serve as a Procurement Intern for a World Bank–supported project under the General Directorate of Agriculture (CAWSIP). In this role, I contribute to the procurement of goods, works, and consultant services, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
